A typical treatment might include first loosening you up with electric stimulation and a hot moist pack to relax those aching muscles and relieve pain, followed by vibration massage and some soft tissue work to get the blood flowing and loosen the muscles. Finally, some form of Chiropractic manipulative therapy would be utilized to restore motion and relieve pain.
